The restaurant, with a superb view over the pool and park, offers guests a medley of classic Mediterranean dishes plus tasty examples of traditional Sardinian cuisine.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with soft background music; the menu varies from day to day, based on the seasons and market offer. Our rich wine list includes labels from the most important local, Italian and foreign wineries.

Cooking

The hotel Antiche Terme di Sardara serves both local and national cuisines. The food is plentiful and very well presented and can be offered with full board stays including dinner, breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is a buffet with coffee, milk, tea, fruit juices and juice squeezes, cured meats and cheeses, bread, butter, jam, rusks, croissants, cereals, yogurt, cookies and cakes.

Lunch and dinner include both meat or fish menus and one can choose among two starters, two second courses, two hot side dishes, vegetables, fruit and desserts. Waiters are in charge of the table service. All customers may opt for a variation of the menu being offered and choose simple dishes such as pasta with tomato sauce, an escalope or a salad. Room service is available upon request and with a small additional charge. Customers who plan to go out on a day trip can ask for a packed lunch the night before.

Our Wines

The Antiche Terme di Sardara have selected a top quality batch of cannonau grapes from vineyards located in Ogliastra.

I Tacchi
The name represents the area where the grapes are grown. Red wine made with cannonau grapes. A short stay in barrels has facilitated a harmonic wine maturation. Excellent if combined with traditional dishes from the Mediterranean cuisine.
Monreale
The name is a tribute to the territory of the Antiche Terme di Sardara. Red wine made with cannonau grapes coming from the hills of Ogliastra. It combines perfectly with fish and meat.
