| Booking is compulsory. Bookings must arrive at our Thermal Resort offices with reasonable advance, especially in high season. |

| In order to carry out all administrative formalities and the examination for admission, which is also compulsory, our Customers are advised to arrive for the treatment at least one hour prior to the booking time. |
|
|
| Changing rooms and lockers are provided, but must be cleared upon completion of the treatment so as to make them available for the following Customers. In this matter, the Management trusts in Customers courtesy and sensibility. |

INHALATION TREATMENTS

| It is required to book cycles of inhalation treatments at our Thermal Resort offices with reasonable advance, especially in high season. Customers can do so by calling us at +39.070.9387200 |

TREATMENTS FOR RHINOGENIC DEAFNESS
|
|
| Booking is compulsory and must be made at our offices with reasonable warning.
|
|
|
| When booking in, Customers must provide family doctor's request of treatment and their regional health service number. At the same time, Customers will be required to pay the health service ticket, together with any other payment for complementary or additional treatments not supported by the National Health Service. |

| Our Thermal Centre offers the following specialist services: Medical Hydrology, Physiatrist, Ear/Nose/Throat Specialist, Phlebology Cardiology, Dietology ed Aesthetic; our consultations are not supported by the National Health Service and can be booked at our Thermal Resort's offices. The due amount must be paid upon examination. |

MEDICAL ADVICE FOR TREATMENTS

MUD BALNEOTHERAPY
During treatment cycles it is advisable to stay at the Thermal Station for better recovery of physical commitment required by the treatment; if this is not possible we suggest booking the treatments at times that not clash with the normal life routine, in any case away from meal times. It also advisable to take in lots of liquids after the therapy (such as fruit juices, tea etc.), not to be in a hurry to leave the Resort, having care not to stay in the draft, and generally take it easy for the rest of the day, sleeping at least eight hours a night and carry on with any medication for high blood pressure if already on one.
We suggest continuing the treatments consecutively over the years in order to slow down the progression of the illness and to prevent a relapse ; do not go under any other treatment in the acute stage of the illness, when pain at the joints is intense; combine the mud balneotherapy with complementary and synergic treatments which help relaxing the muscles such as massage or hydro-massage. |

INHALATION TREATMENTS
We recommend carrying on with the treatments for various consecutive years, so in this way the immune system will strengthen up reducing episodes of seasonal illnesses; if necessary to carry out two cycle of treatment it is advisable to distance them by at least 4/5 months. This is particularly important for kids as inhalation treatments represent a valid support for the strengthening of their immune system; we recommend one treatment in spring time and one in autumn..
In case of recurring otitis or adenoidal hypertrophy, the treatment must be repeated various times during the year and for the whole fase of growth. We recommend to carry out the cycles of treatment continuously, without breaks, in order to allow an optimal biologic stimulation of the mucous membrane and of the immune system; keep away from drafts, avoid drinking cold drinks immediately after the treatment, and in any case do not interrupt any medication for illnesses such as bronchial asthma without specific indication of a thermal doctor; follow a strict hygiene regime when using and storing all personal accessories when carrying out the treatments. |

NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE COVERAGE

| In order to make use of a cycle of treatments our Thermal Works carry out with coverage by the National Health Service (Mud therapy, balneotherapy, inhalation treatments and treatments for rhinogenic deafness), it is necessary to contact the family doctor who, if needed, will prescribe a suitable treatment for the specific pathology, by using exclusively the prescription book supplied by the National Health Service; such prescription must be handed directly at the Thermal Works without any previous authorization by one's Local Health Office. |
